Shipping policy

Packages are generally sent within 7 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT S.p.A. with tracking and delivery with signature. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping with BRT EXPRESS COURIER can take from 24 to 72 hours from the moment of delivery by us; for the MINOR ISLANDS a further 2 working days are foreseen.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total volumetric weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.
